How usernames work and why one may be unavailable
Usernames are unique across Kai Social. A name may be unavailable because another account uses it or because it is reserved.
Steps
- Open Kai Settings.
- Select Account & profile, then Username.
- Enter an available username and review it before saving.
What to know
- Changing your username changes the public link to your profile.
- Frequent changes may be limited to reduce impersonation and confusion.
