How to change your email
Your Kai contact email and your sign-in provider email may be different. Update each one in the place that owns it.
Steps
- Open Kai Settings.
- Select Account & profile.
- Update your contact email and complete any verification shown.
- For a provider email change, update the address with Apple or Google as well.
What to know
- Changing a contact email does not change the provider used to sign in.
