How to delete your Kai account
Deleting your Kai account is permanent and affects every Kai product. Cancel any store subscription separately before deletion.
Steps
- Cancel any Apple App Store or Google Play subscription in the store that bills you.
- Open Kai Settings and select Account & profile.
- Choose Delete account and review the cross-product impact.
- Complete the required confirmation.
What to know
- Deleting Kai does not tell Apple or Google to cancel an active subscription.
- Deleting one product app from your device does not delete your Kai account.
