How to deactivate your account
Deactivation temporarily makes your Kai account unavailable. It is different from permanently deleting the account.
Steps
- Open Kai Settings.
- Select Account & profile.
- Choose Deactivate account and review the effect across Kai products.
- Confirm deactivation.
What to know
- Deactivation does not automatically cancel a store or web subscription.
