What happens to a subscription after account deletion
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. A store subscription can continue billing after the Kai account is deleted.
Steps
- Identify whether Apple, Google, or the web bills the subscription.
- Cancel it with that provider before deleting the Kai account.
- Keep the provider cancellation confirmation for your records.
