How referrals and store credit work
Eligible referral rewards and store credits appear on the Kai account that earned or redeemed them and follow the terms shown with the offer.
Steps
- Open Kai Settings and select Referrals or Credits.
- Review pending, available, and used rewards.
- Confirm you are signed into the account that created or redeemed the referral.
What to know
- Credits are not cash and may have product, provider, or expiry restrictions.
