How notification controls work
Kai notification preferences choose what Kai sends; device settings decide whether the operating system can display it.
Steps
- Open Kai Settings and select Notifications.
- Choose the product and activity types you want.
- Open device notification settings if Kai cannot display alerts.
What to know
- Community and conversation mute controls can override broader notification choices.
