Why a post or reply failed
Posts and replies can fail because of connectivity, an expired upload, unsupported media, a limit, or a safety restriction.
If it still does not work
- Copy any unsent text before leaving the composer.
- Check your connection and retry without attachments.
- Update Kai if the same draft fails repeatedly.
- Keep the support code shown with the error if you contact support.
