How follow requests work and how to remove a follower
Private accounts approve follow requests. You can remove an existing follower without blocking them.
Steps
- Open your profile and select Followers or Follow requests.
- Approve or decline pending requests.
- To remove someone, open their follower row and choose Remove follower.
What to know
- Removing a follower does not notify them and does not prevent a future request.
