Why media failed to upload
Uploads can fail because the connection changed, the file is unsupported or too large, permission expired, or processing did not finish.
If it still does not work
- Keep the original file until the upload completes.
- Retry on a stable network and leave Kai open while the upload finishes.
- Check Photos, Camera, or Microphone permission for the selected media type.
- Try a shorter video or a common image format.
