Location or motion permissions are disabled
Pace needs the permissions shown for the selected tracking mode. You can restore them in the device's Kai settings.
Steps
- Open iPhone Settings and select Privacy & Security.
- Review Location Services and Motion & Fitness access for Kai.
- Return to Pace and start a short test only after access is restored.
