How to download your data
Request a portable copy of eligible Kai account data from Privacy settings or by making a verified privacy request.
Steps
- Open Kai Settings.
- Select Privacy & data.
- Choose Download your data and submit the request.
- Follow the secure delivery instructions when the export is ready.
