What to do if your Kai account may be compromised
Secure the sign-in provider first, then recover Kai access and report unfamiliar account activity.
Steps
- Secure the Apple or Google account used to sign in and review its active sessions.
- Return to Kai and start account recovery if access is blocked.
- Review Kai profile, privacy, and billing changes.
- Contact Kai Support with the approximate time of unfamiliar activity.
