Paying for coaching and allowing a coach to see private information are separate choices.
What to know
- Business coaching is intended to connect athletes with chosen coaches and agreed services.
- Athletes choose the coach and information-sharing scopes. Consent can be revoked independently of payment.
- Business staff permissions, Group administration, and control of earnings are separate responsibilities. A staff role does not grant universal access to athlete records.
