Choose what you share

Public profiles, shared Posts, and private product records have different audiences.

What to know

  • Share selected progress intentionally. Private health, cycle, reflection, message, and dating records do not become public just because the products share an account.
  • A Shoutout is submitted privately to the profile owner, who chooses whether to publish it.
  • A Zap invites a new contribution to a prompt. Passing it along does not expand the audience of existing private content.
