A bigger picture of everyday life.
Why we are building a family of focused products around the person using them.
A workout is rarely just a workout. It fits around your work, your energy, the people you want to see, and whatever else the day brings. Food, recovery, relationships, and personal goals all belong to the same life. The tools we use for them often act as if they do not.
Kai is our answer to that disconnect: a family of focused products for people and the lives they lead. We are building for athletes in the broadest sense, from someone finding a routine to someone preparing for competition. There is also room to reflect, find a community, meet someone, or simply wind down.
Kai is pre-launch. This is a look at the experience we are building, including features still in development. It is not an announcement that every capability is available today.
Focus where you need it
Different moments ask for different tools. Lift is about strength and muscle. Pace is about running and cardio. Fuel brings together food, nutrition, and practical planning. Each should make sense on its own.
Muse offers a private place to understand cycle patterns. Ease makes room for sleep and recovery. Moment is for reflection, habits, records, and the milestones that matter to you. None requires a competitive goal to be useful.
The purpose of connecting these products is to make useful context available when you choose. A race plan could take strength sessions and recovery into account. A week of travel could change a meal plan. A private reflection could remain entirely within Moment.
One account, room for different experiences
Kai is the main app and shared home for the ecosystem. It brings together discovery, profiles, communities, creators, and ongoing relationships. Messages offers a focused home for the same ordinary conversations available in Kai.
Agent is the dedicated place to talk to the shared Kai assistant. The same assistance is intended to be available inside the consumer products, grounded in the context and capabilities you allow.
Spark approaches dating through live introductions and one active match at a time. Business brings together the work of creators, coaches, teams, gyms, and brands. Store is our planned commerce product, beginning with useful gear and Kai goods.
The shared foundation should make the family easier to use. It should not flatten different activities into one screen or erase the boundaries between them.
Connection is a choice
One account does not make everything public. Health records, cycle information, reflections, messages, dating activity, and financial information have different purposes and sensitivities.
Our direction is simple: context should cross a boundary because it helps with something you chose. A recovery insight does not become shopping permission. A remembered preference does not become permission to send a message. A private record does not become a public Post on its own.
Start with what matters today
You should not need to adopt an entire ecosystem to get value from one product. Start with a run, a meal, a conversation, or a moment worth remembering. Add another part when it becomes useful.
That is the bigger picture behind Kai: focused tools that understand they belong to a life.
