A little help.
A bigger picture.

Meet the shared AI behind Kai. Agent is being built as a dedicated place to understand your situation, think through a decision, prepare a plan, and get help following through across the parts of Kai you choose to connect.

Start with what’s on your mind.

A race on the calendar. A week that got complicated. A question about your progress. Agent starts with what you want to achieve and the information you make available. That might call for one useful answer, a specific change, or a task with several steps and a clear account of what happened.

Think it through.

Ask a question, review your records, or compare different ways to approach a goal. The assistant is intended to explain patterns using the information you permit and make competing priorities understandable. If a race plan and a strength goal pull in different directions, the conversation should help you choose what matters most.

Turn a request into a useful action.

Supported actions are intended to let you do things such as record a meal or create a workout through conversation. The result should distinguish a suggestion from an actual saved change. Sending a message, publishing content, or buying something requires authority for that action; a recommendation alone is never the instruction to carry it out.

Follow a task through several steps.

Some requests involve more than one outcome. Agent is designed to coordinate supported work, keep track of what has been completed, and explain what remains unfinished or uncertain. An interrupted task should resume without repeating its effects, and a partially completed plan should be described clearly so you can decide what comes next.

Choose the help that continues.

Planned ongoing assistance includes reviews, insights, reminders, and future support triggered by events you choose. You define what the help covers and how often it happens. A weekly progress review can have a different purpose from a one-time planning request, with boundaries that remain understandable as your routine and priorities change.

Remember what is useful to you.

With your permission, memory can retain selected preferences, constraints, and goals so you do not need to explain them each time. You can inspect, correct, limit, or remove remembered information. Letting Kai use something for one conversation does not automatically authorize retaining it as memory or using it for a different purpose.

Bring the right context together.

Preparing for a race might involve Pace, Lift, Fuel, and Ease. Reflecting on a difficult day might need only what you choose to say. The same assistant can help across these situations without a universal transcript or unrestricted access to private histories. You retain the ordinary product controls and can work directly whenever you prefer.

Invite assistance into a shared conversation.

The intended shared experience includes supported live conversations such as Spark’s planned Vibe format. Participants choose whether to involve Kai and understand who can hear the discussion and what may be retained. Private insights and information visible to everyone remain separate, and one participant cannot give permission to use another person’s private records.

Part of Kai.

The same assistant is intended to be available inside each consumer app. Agent gives direct conversations a focused home, while each product provides its own context. Connected help follows your chosen purpose and permissions, with planned work, completed activity, and uncertain outcomes kept distinct.

AI can make mistakes. Health estimates and suggestions do not replace professional care.
